Since leaving Los Angeles after three wonderful days there, I’ve been having a blast behind the wheel of the vehicle I dubbed the Wander-Wagon, freewheeling along Pacific Coast Highway/California Highway 1 taking in the sights and smells of the Golden State and... [Keep reading...]

Hey, everyone! I’m finally off adventuring again, this time on the West Coast of the United States. Join me as I drive almost the entire length of the Pacific Coast, from San Diego to Seattle, and hit some highlights in between. Things didn’t start out so well last night. My flight, which was scheduled to leave at around 8:30 pm... [Keep reading...]

View Larger Map I’ve got 3 days to get from Sacramento, California to Seattle, Washington during my West Coast road trip this summer, and it turns out that this particular leg of the trip is providing the biggest planning challenge. Why? Too many choices. I can: Take the National Parks trail, and travel up through California and Oregon making stops... [Keep reading...]
